I was asked the same interview questions as were posted here on Glassdoor. I come with significant PM experience. The interviewers were very junior, who seem to follow a script and expect a scripted response. If you sway away from their scripted response, they don't know how to react and don't know how to ask further probing questions. This interview has been one of the most derogatory interviews that I have been to. One of the interviewers was setting the stage initially on how great Facebook is and look its hiring during COVID too (which other companies are also doing in the software industry). This interviewer also said that one of the biggest reasons we are interviewing you is because this is the best time to hire cheap talent!!! This is what threw me off. First of all, she had no right to call me a cheap talent. I would like Facebook to look into each interviewer they pick.
