CV and cover letter Aptitude test -50 questions in 20minutes 5 hour interviews- Another linger aptitude test. Followed by two ridiculously hard problem solving questions. One about ways of communicating on an medieval island and another on flapjack. In the time and the way it was worded it was incredibly hard. It made the whole interview a terrible experience as it felt like being set up to fail. Then after that you have to explain your answer to a senior manager who in my case made me feel stupid for my answers instead of helping me understand where I went wrong. There is another stage where you are invited to dinner and stay the night which is then followed by more tests, a presentation and an interview.

They have an online interview with maths and puzzle questions and some coding in Ruby. Later their is an in person interview that includes more puzzle/logical questions and then a pseudo programming test with a discussion about answers and scalability of solutions.
