The worst recruiting experience I have ever had. The company was disrespectful, arrogant, and unprofessional – showing disregard for candidates' time and effort. The recruiting process was totally haphazard. I was asked to go through more than 10 rounds of interviews and assessments for an entry-level position as new layers were constantly introduced. I even had to complete a 7-day take-home assessment (uncommon for any similar role): reading more than 100 pages of documents and writing 6 essays which ended up taking more than 30 hours. This was in addition to a modeling test that I had to complete earlier in the process. Many interviews had to be done twice, both online and in person, with effectively the same questions being asked. While some members of the staff were polite and professional, the more senior-level members of the team were quite unpleasant. In the end, after completing more than 10 rounds, I was rejected due to lack of fit, which could have been established much earlier. The whole experience had an off "We-Work" type vibe. I would highly recommend everyone to avoid interviewing with this firm at all costs.
