I first had an over the phone interview. I think this was just to ensure that what I was looking for matched what they were looking for. I imagine this also probably served as an initial rough assessment of social skills. I was called back for an in person interview. I was told a little about some of the tasks I would be expected to complete in the role and asked about my experience/work history as it related to the role I was applying for.
