Multiple phone conversations with HR, hiring manager, & peers in the role. Truly took the time to understand my motivations and fit (cultural) in the org. It was nice to be able to speak with people in multiple layers to get a good perspective of the company and the position. Most of the interviews were by phone - had one face-to-face meeting with hiring manager.
