I was first contacted by the recruiter. A couple of days after they initially showed interest, my eventual manager contacted me about a panel interview. The panel interview took place on site and involved all of the managers in my area.

Submitted resume, got pre-screen by phone with people from the department that was hiring. Asked memory related questions. Truth tables and gates and some Unix based questions about programming. Then went in for interview it took all day with all kinds of questions
