Drove 4 hours to Sydney for an interview at 9.30am. No breaks till 5.45pm when I asked could I possibly have a glass of water?
Sat through 6 or 7 interviews in a row, I can't quite remember. But they varied from deeply technical to psychological in nature.

The interview was straightforward and easy because the questions were clear, the interviewer was friendly, and the conversation flowed naturally. It felt more like a discussion than a test, making it stress-free.

Video interview with technical interviewer with mostly behavioral and past experiences. Hard because they want in depth thoughtful answers, but very good and calm interviewing atmosphere. Don't say fluff, when asked why you want to work at Microsoft have thoughtful answer.
