First contacted by Microsoft requiter. There was around 4 interviews with different managers. Average difficulty. After this 'i was completely ghosted. No feedback, no info what next, even no response for my emails

The Process was dragged for more than a month , there were 2 Technical Rounds and 2 Managerial Rounds . Each technical round exceeded for more than 1.5Hours and it was purely technical , Microsoft doesn't compromise on the depth of Technical knowledge with respect to Security concept that one possess . The 2nd Technical Round Was not a comfortable one , The interviewer was mechanical and asked text book based questions and expected answers according to the same. The interviewer had technical issues with her front cam yet she insisted that I had connectivity issues and to restart my network. It was quite contrasting to the first round which happened more or like a discussion. I rejected the offer since the role I opted for Senior security analyst and the position Microsoft sanctioned was of Security Analyst. I applied 8 Times for the position of Threat researcher and Senior security analyst over the year and it went through only for this time. The Resume screening process with respect to Microsoft does not justify it's Global fame.
