Applied through school's co-op program and received an interview within a couple of weeks. The interview was a one on one with the supervisor and the interview questions were very basic discussing about my interests and qualifications.

Colloquio
The department manager and a co-op student interviewed for the position (which was via the University job board). The interview was 30 minutes long, and consisted of only a general set of questions. The questions were very clear-cut (nothing too weird, to "test out personality and quick thinking" sort).

The interview was not completely structured, so the train of the conversation went towards Excel and Access and the assignments I worked on regarding those.
