Poor communication in hiring process equates poor mgmt of the company. Had a phone interview.
In-person interview was scheduled following week. When I emailed recruiter (Courtney) to confirm time/date, was informed position was filled already. Wondering what would happen if I hadn't contacted them to confirm?! If they treat their candidates like that, how do they treat employees?
