You apply. Then they will call you in to complete the test. The test is all in english. There are 3-4 tasks. First is to schedule the project plan. Second is to find error in the client's requirment. Then third is to find errors in the provided questionaire. The last one is tricky it is the who owns the zebra game which take quite a lot of time. All these must be done in 1.5 hour.
Next. If you pass the test. You are in to group interview. They start off by asking what animal would you say you are similar to and why.
Then ask you to tell exciting story of your life. Then group work presentinf what you think being project manager should be.
Finnaly if you pass group interview you are in for individual interview.

Colloquio
The first day was just a written test - Personality & questionnaire analysis. I applied online on Tuesday and got a phone call inviting to do the test on the next day. I was told that if I pass the test, the next stage will be group interview, meaning that all candidates will be interviewed in the same room.
The first round interview consisted of two sessions, first a written test and second a group discussion. Both sessions did not require lots of solid practical skills, however you have to possess strong analytic skills and to be strong with numbers.
