Meet at a career fair. Had a quick interview with a Design Engineer were we discussed my work experience. He sent my resume to TTI hiring managers. A week later I got a call from Ryobi to discuss interview time and salary. I got scheduled for two interviews and I was sent 5 technical evaluation questions. The hiring manager was not around for the first interview but I spoke with a member of the team for 50 mins about my work experience. The second interview was about my work experience and 3 technical questions. After two weeks, Ryobi's HR told me to also talk to Milwaukee Tool. I sent my availability to Milwaukee Tool's HR but got no reply for a week. I sent an email again and was informed I was being further considered. A week later after I sent an email inquiring about the progress to Ryobi's HR, I was told I was in the final stage. After some days a hiring manager called to indicate he saw my application and sounded like he was not aware how far I had gone with the recruitment process. I discussed my work experience. The next day Milwaukee Tool's HR finally replied to tell me I was not being considered anymore.

First there is a recruiter phone screen. Then a functional phone interview. Then they bring you in for multiple interviews with different people. At this on-site, the cycle the interviewers through the room.
Phone interview with recruiter first, then a phone interview with another engineer (not the hiring manager). After the second interview I was ghosted for a month (no reply to any emails) until they finally sent a rejection email.

What is one thing not on your resume you think we should know about you?
There were two rounds of interviews. The first was over the phone and the second interview was in person. I met with a few people individually durring that time. It was a very relaxed interview.
