First a phone interview, which lasted half an hour, then two on-site interviews. Both of the on-site interviews were with two people. During the first interview, they took turns asking questions while the other wrote down what I said. I came prepared with questions and ways I already lived the MINDBODY core values. I expressed my willingness to learn and how I was comfortable working with a computer and exploring new software. Be prepared to do a role play to show how you would interact with a client. The second interview was more conversational.
