I have applied from LinkedIn, got call from HR for assessment to do, After completing assessment have to check with HR is that reviewed for 1 week. After that There will be a first round of interview where they will ask to write the programs.
After clearing First round then there will be second round , But in second round you have to give the exact answers as the interviewer expecting , otherwise it will be considered as wrong answer.
Interviewer should check what I know and what I can bring to the company not the way she knows and other person should also know same.It is not a school exam to write exact answers as in textbook.You have to see if the candidate is giving right answer or not . And interview everyone takes pause while talking no one can talk continuously.
Interview rounds 1> Assessment 2> First Technical Round 3> Second Technical Round 4> Managerial Round 5> HR Rund 6> Some test to clear
