I was notified by email that they wanted to do a phone interview, and obviously it was to see how your personality is over the phone. Given that you will be talking to clients over the phone as apart of the job. A couple days later I was scheduled for a face to face interview. I wasn't interviewed by the supervisor, instead it was by two senior sales associates. They made the interview so enjoyable, I was able to answer the questions without feeling nervous, but with confidence. After that they had me shadow a sales associate to see what they do, and ofcourse since slo is a small town, I've seen quite a few people I personally know which was nice. A week in a half later got a email that I got the job, my first day was December 7th. The orientation was awsome, and looking forward to working in the position I was hired for, as well as growing in the company.
