Great and moved quickly, submitted application, took about 10 days to get a response, then had a follow up call with HR, and quickly moved forward to meet the hiring manager for a senior role in the company. There was a clear mis-alignment in culture fit that was evident on the call, no issue with this - then received a generic auto response from a generic ‘no reply’ email address saying thanks but no thanks.
