-fill online link and do a quick video . The reason they do the video is to see if your capable of reading a script they will provide to you when your doing a quick video . Script was easy something like Thank you for calling.....bla bla bla...

no in person interview , just online link and fill it out and they will email you within the week if you got it and the training starts either end of that week or next.
