Miro is on my - DO NOT APPLY LIST. First-round was with HR. We discussed my skills and expectation. At the end of the interview, talked about HR sharing the take-home assignment by EOD. Also at the end, I also informed about my current 5th round with Snapchat and requested a faster interview process. The next day, got an email about cannot proceed ahead with my application. This was quite weird for me or to anyone. I investigated Miro after few days. I have worked at 7 companies in 3 countries. Based on my experience and checking the non-fake reviews on glassdoor, My analysis is:- * They are very picky,groupism and skills are irrelevant. * This is not a cool place for rockstar IT guys from FAANG since they are faking the startup value and culture. The funny part is how to they value "flat org" yet on QA article on medium - it is highly hierarchy centric article. This is a red flag for me.
