Interviews are done in a group setting. So you will interview as a group with other candidates. It can be a little intimidating but you eventually relax. A panel will interview you.

Was very thorough interview process and even took us through all the machines and processes. Had two interviewers who were very knowledgeable about everything that goes on in the floor.
