Interview was good very nice interviewese who where very nice and put me totally at ease. The interviewers made you feel comfortable and understand the process of the company. They also gave you thier experience of the company as well
Applied in person & had interview within a week, had a tour of factory floor before a quick one on one interview. Was contacted the next week with job offer

Very easy, involves a quick tour around factory then a small test at end following work instructions to build a torch. Initially employed on a temp contract until 16 weeks then moved on to permanent one.
