Colloquio
The interview process at Mize is a 5-step journey that truly allows you to showcase your skills while getting to know the company from different perspectives:
1. HR + Take-home Task: Clear instructions and fair timelines.
2. Team Lead Interview: Very informative and engaging conversation about the role and tech.
3. In-Office Task: A great way to meet the team and experience the workspace. This was the most challenging stage since it focused on pure coding without the use of online tools - it was a refreshing way to test core logic and fundamentals.
4. VP R&D Interview: An insightful look into the company’s future and their strong technical foundations.
5. Final HR Sync: A friendly and smooth conclusion to the process.
Overall Impression:
Every person I met, from the HR to the Team Lead to the VP of R&D, was professional, welcoming, and happy to answer my questions. It’s clear they care deeply about finding the right fit for their team. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a transparent and high-standard hiring process!

Colloquio
I was contacted by HR, who explained the role and the company. At the end of the call, I was given a take-home assignment, which I completed fairly quickly (anyone familiar with design patterns could finish it within about an hour).
After submitting it, I received another call and was scheduled for an interview with the team lead of the hiring team. There were no negative comments about my assignment — I was asked one question and also introduced myself, and it seemed to be going in a positive direction.
However, after that interview I stopped hearing from them, and about a month later I received a generic rejection email saying they decided to move forward with another candidate.
i had an home assigment where i needed to chain some storges. the assigment was in c# and took me a few hours. overall it was a nice assigment and the interaction with the hr was very good
