I applied online, it took two weeks to hear back and nearly a month to begin training. The DM was very nice and understanding of my schedule needs Since we are contracted by the hospital the badging process is what took the longest. I was a bit unsure about the pay, comission only with a fall back rate isn't what I expected. It breaks down to a lot of work for little comission.

How would I overcome a mother not wanting to purchase photos?
took way to long of a process to get through initial onboarding. They asked what hospital i wanted to work for even though i had specifically applied to a location and mentioned it on my interview and then still ended up putting me at another location.

Super easy! Honestly the most comfortable I’ve ever been in an interview. I confirmed my interest the day of and got an answer back pretty quick so that was great.

Received a phone call from the district manager who then set up a Zoom call. It was a quick and easy interview. The DM asked me about my job history and set expectations for the job.
