The interview process was fairly standard for a technical recruiter position. What made the process so great was the recruiter I worked with, Alicia Romano. From the initial phone screen to the day before my first day she was helpful, caring, and overall just a wonderful person to work with. She called me MULTIPLE times before and after interviews. She made the process as easy and comfortable as possible while keeping my interests in mind throughout the entire process. Part of the reason I picked Mondo over other offers I received was because of the great experience I had with Alicia, really shows what kind of people this company attracts and what their values are.

First, a linkedin message from a recruiter and then a 15-minute phone screening with a recruiter and then an in-person interview with hiring manager. They hire quickly and it is a simple process.

I had two different interviews for two recruiter positions a month apart. Got phone screened for both and was told the same regret answer which was they are “moving another direction with their hiring”. Just very disappointed that I was given that feedback a second time around instead of a reason as to why I wasn’t selected to move forward for a recruiter role with recruiter experience already.
Many phone calls with the internal recruiter who was very nice. Had a phone call with the VP and received from conflicting information. Both have stressed that it’s very hard work and always over 40 hours a week.
