I had the best recruiter around! She called me for an IPS focused around my background and knowledge about the company etc. The next step was one day later, I connected with the AMAZING hiring manager. Two days later, I completed four onsite interviews! I felt completely supported throughout the entire process and it made me fall in love with MONGODB

Process was ok, they did 4 rounds. But the interviewer as well as the recruiting manager ghosted. No feedback no outcome, they did not even tell me if i was rejected or not. I followed up with them but no response at all. They stopped picking my phone calls. No response to emails also.

The process took 3 months to complete. I completed the entire set in March and followed up with the recruiter who kept giving excuses for not having an answer whether it was a no or yes. I have not received any answer from them till date.
