You first go through a phone interview with a recruiter. The recruiters at MongoDB are incredibly nice and responsive. They will provide you with all the information needed to succeed.
Next step will be to complete an online assessment. It tests your personality and compatibility, as well as your ability to solve fairly simple Math and English problems. It is pretty straight forward, very similar to SAT style questions.
The next interview is a group interview where you are expected to work in a group with some assistance from a current MongoDB employee. Your task as a group is to explain what a database is and what Atlas is. You aren't expected to know everything, so it really is a test of teamwork and to see how you perform with others.
The final interview is with your manager or the person you will be working under. It could be your account executive or a sales manager. It's a role play scenario and they'll expect you to perform exceptionally well on this.

They reached out to me via LinkedIn. It was pretty swift, but I received a rejection email after the second interview with no specific reasons. Reached out but received no responses at all. Might be good not to join lol. Rejection isn't the issue, but completely ghosting candidates really isn't appreciated.
