Brief call interview , HR so nice. He suggest a right position for me . I was applying for Data Analysis, but HR suggest Financial Engineering is better suit me . So I check the online requirement . It's really nice . But I do not have a strong background for modeling.

Contacted by a recruiter and interview were arranged quickly. Only two rounds. First round with hiring manager mainly discuss my background. Second round with a group of team members with a few technical questions related to my background and general C++ and financial math questions.

Phone call with Senior Financial Engineer. No small talk, straight to technical questions on probability, C++, Monte Carlo and Derivative Pricing. Be prepared to back what you put on you resume, and if you can't they will tell you ! I was not prepared and that showed.
