The overall interview process was a call with a Moog recruiter, then a phone screen with the hiring manager, then a day of sessions with a panel of interviewers that asked a wide range of questions both technical and behavioral. As this was a design role, many questions were asked on reading schematics, blue prints, how I would conduct a structural analysis on a particular part, what process I would follow for design of a new component, etc. Then a series of behavioral/HR questions to assess my fit culturally for the organization.
