Applied for the job online. Recruiter reached out to me 2 days later to set up a phone screen. 2 weeks later, I've attended an interview with the hiring manager and supervisor. Got called in for a 2nd interview 2 days later with the rest of the team. All interviews were virtual over Teams (video & audio). Everything went pretty smoothly. A Powerpoint presentation showing a design example I've made was required during the 2nd interview for presenting the team. Didn't receive any news until 3 weeks later after the 2nd interview due to role changes, and the recruiter/managers being on PTO. The original position I applied for got withheld for other candidates but another similar role opened up that I was referred to by the recruiter. I've received an offer letter for this newly opened role!
