I had a call over the phone (not a zoom call) as the first round of interviews and it was very easy and to the point. The woman I spoke with was extremely nice and friendly.

Insists on in person interviews even though it easily could be done in a call. It was revealed that they offer a very low salary ($30k) and I'm not even sure about benefits. Didn't give off a feeling that they will value their employees.
