Colloquio
1) the first round was an aptitude test..this was not an elimination round. all accounting and book keeping skills were tested. general knowledge and current affairs were asked. Numerical questions were also asked. they also tested the concepts related to funds, derrivatives and valuation.
2)there were two rounds of interview first was technical round, all the questions in the test were asked again and in detail...numerical questions were asked to solve in front of the interveiwer and they also wanted reasons for the same and second round was based on cv each and every thing was asked in detail and controversey questions were aslo asked. formulas related to various financial ratios were also asked. both the rounds of interview were were elimination rounds. if selected in first then only you would face second round round.
3) if selected there will be an HR round which again is an elimination round....4-5 days after this round the company will announce the results.

First round with sector head then second round with written test including a model test translation and then last round meet apac head, solid stock pitch needed, overall not really difficult
