First round was a 30 minute phone interview. Then I was invited to NYC for a super-day that consisted of 8 - 30 minute interviews covering topics from derivatives trading to basic computer programming knowledge.
Smooth and quick. 2 days after the application I had the interview. A lot of derivatives theory and description of my current job. A final part on macroeconomic commetnary and my views on specific events occurring right now

the hiring process started with the HR phone interview, which taking around 15 minutes, then there were four rounds of interviews with different people in group: hiring managers and vice presidents, executive directors.
