Morgan Stanley came to my university and hosted a dinner on the first night to meet and greet with MS representatives. Next day consisted of two separate 1:1 interviews. Both your typical behavioral questions. Third day consisted of two more separate 1:1 interviews as well as a group activity. The group activity was based off legos. They gave us one minute to look at the lego structure they created and from there we had to re-create the same structure as a group.

Who did you think was the best during the group activity?
Asking general behavioral questions like self intro, any relevant experience with client, future career plan, etc. It was two round in person interview and nice culture and people. Good experience overall

Was very nice. They show you the building between rounds of interviews. First is a group interview, and then two individual interviews. The people are nice as well, and very friendly.

Simple and straightforward and something you can take with you after. I hdid a lot of prep, and believe it is important to do so even until the morning of. It is also important to know about the firm and be yourself.
