As I had more interviews last year with MS I only need to go through 2 interviews. I had one today. It was via Zoom. The VP was very nice and supportive, he asked about my CV and some risk related questions then he tested my excel knowledge.
Smooth and quick. 2 days after the application I had the interview. A lot of derivatives theory and description of my current job. A final part on macroeconomic commetnary and my views on specific events occurring right now

the hiring process started with the HR phone interview, which taking around 15 minutes, then there were four rounds of interviews with different people in group: hiring managers and vice presidents, executive directors.
