Standards, I went through online test (SHL), telephone interview (Competency based) and Assessment center (Group work+Competency based). It is pretty straightforward imho, just that the group work can go either way because it very much depends on the team dynamic and the people who you were with.
Asking general behavioral questions like self intro, any relevant experience with client, future career plan, etc. It was two round in person interview and nice culture and people. Good experience overall

Was very nice. They show you the building between rounds of interviews. First is a group interview, and then two individual interviews. The people are nice as well, and very friendly.

Simple and straightforward and something you can take with you after. I hdid a lot of prep, and believe it is important to do so even until the morning of. It is also important to know about the firm and be yourself.
