Applied online. Spoke with HR over the phone. Conversation went well and the HR rep was well informed on the position and company direction. Phone interview with Hiring Manager. Went well. Follow up from HR to set up additional phone screening with peers. Down hill..... Peer starts the conversation with her name introduction and adds that she has an MBA from Purdue. Thought that was odd. Makes me think that is all she had to offer. She went on to criticize my resume because it was 4 pages. Asked me if I had a problem with the front size. Other individual on the phone was pleasant and actually asked me technical questions. We ended the call when pompous wrapped up by stating that they will be looking for someone that would fit the team on a collegiate level. Really??? This lady is the face of this company? I can't see how leaders or employees would want to team up with her for process improvements. She really needs to be coached or kept off the phone. Never any follow up from HR.
