I met with the HR manager initially it went well, she was very friendly and positive. We discussed the role and the trainee position at length. I was asked the basic questions about my experience and my current job. At the end of this interview I was told I would be invited to another interview the following week to discuss further with the manager for mortgages. I e-mailed to check this was still the situation and over a week later I finally got a response. I was told the position had been filled, no feedback on my interview was given and I felt this was very rude. I wouldn't trust this company, appears to be unreliable. Also as the company is very new in the mortgage sector and is expanding rapidly, I would be apprehensive about joining this company.
