Pretty standard, all remote. First call with HR, asked basic stuff then hiring manager, asked basic technical stuff and then a panel who again asked basic technical stuff. It took about 3 weeks in total. They asked about various things related to the field and the company. Some questions were about how you would handle certain situations. They didn't have much sense of humour sadly.

First was the HR screening, i failed that but there were fairly basic questions related to join, root cause analysis etc etc next was supported to be a technical round but i didn't make it

In the initial interview , the firstly ask your introduction (education background). Ask about the company and whether you are aware of the role and its responsibilities. Ask basics related to technical support and hypothetical scenarios to check reaction and critical thinking.
The round 2 was boty behavioural and technical technicality was focused on hardware rather than software. The employer was very kind he prepared me for the next round. The overall experience was great the discussion call was just about cv and cultural fit.
