So unprofessional..... The interview was done in the showroom. Customers were at the counter. I had to fill out an application. Who does that nowadays. The job responsibilities didn't pertain to what was on the job description. Asked if any internal candidates applied for the role... DM said it's hard to find good people. WOW! What does that say about you as a leader? NO THANKS!
