Although they expressed great interest in meeting with me, they put me off time and again. When they finally did bring me in, it was very disorganized. One of the main people to interview me was outright rude. I was a bit shocked to see that Creative Directors had to answer to a 20-something office manager, with whom they had to check in and out. I've never seen such a rigid - almost kindergarten-like - structure at any other agency. There was one person there whom I liked a great deal, but the rest of them bordered on unpleasant. I regret not having passed on lunch and the rest of the day's interviews.
