      Colloquio per Online Account Manager

      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. La procedura ha richiesto 2 giorni. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso MultiView (Irving, TX) nel mese di apr 2012

      Colloquio

The interview started with a phone call from a recruiter that my friend had passed my resume to. She went over the job description, but was unable to answer many of my questions about the job, bonus structure, and overall job structure/functions. She informed me I would need to take a skills/personality test which is become standard for most jobs. After I took the test she stated I would have a follow up interview the next day and to not where a tie. I went to the Irving office and immediatly was given a paper application to fill out and waited to speak to the Director of Recruitment and another person where they went over my resume for about 20 seconds then just tried to sell me on the job. They said they would be in touch. Later that day I received a call to have a panel interview the next day. I went to the interview and met with the Director of Sales, Director of Training, and another sales head, where they asked me questions about what I like to do in my free time, what is the craziest thing I have done, nothing really relevant about my past work experience. I proceeded in the end to tell them about my past work experience. I left the interview and withing 1 hour I had received a call from the woman I spoke with the first time who stated that they had offered me the job and went about telling me when to start and what to bring without even asking me if I actually wanted the job. I respectfully declined the job.
