Was straight forward. A couple of recruiter screening and then an interview with the EM. After that they have a panel that consists of 4 rounds.
- System design.
- Product readiness review.
- On hands coding.
- Background story with a member of the C suite.
I did ok to good in all rounds.
But eventually just got a very generic decline.
I guess they found someone more suited.
Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Mux (New York, NY) nel mese di mar 2025
Colloquio
Chat with Recruiter. Chat with managers. Panel round 2 technical, 1 system design, 1 behavioral. Here I was able to meet the team. Final chat with Manager for lingering questions.
Overall felt like a fair process. There was a lot of empathy from everyone.
Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Mux (Chicago, IL) nel mese di mar 2025
Colloquio
The entire interview process took 3 weeks
- Recruiter Screening
- Technical Screening (practical problem)
- Manager Screening
- Onsite (practical coding round, architecture review, production readiness and culture fit / discussing you as a person)
I am say the interview is generally difficult in the sense that if you don't have the experience around the questions, it will feel hard. If you do have the experience / background, it should be fairly straight forward.
