A long process with multiple stages. The process included cognitive ability tests, personality questionnaires, and situational judgment tests.
1st interview to assess tech skills followed by a coding assessment. 2nd interview was about arch and design. And the last one was a behavioural interview.

Talk with tech leaders for about an hour describing past experiences and plans to see if both goals match for the role. The talk was friendly, open and quite technical. So far a good experience.
However, if they decide to not continue the process, don't expect an update, email, call etc. Quite unprofessional, so don't change your plans over.
