3 stages, multiple managers in a meets at once. Sports related questions to test your knowledge. Have something interesting to talk about to capture their attention, ie; a moment in sports, a favorite player, a project your worked on related to sports etc.
First Round: 10 Min HR Screening
Second Round: Team Members - 45 minute interview asking about experience and how it relates to their role, as well as info about the job and what it entails.
Third Round: Directors/Managers
