Basic technical questions will be there. I attended ECE written test . There were 3 questions on circuit diagram. 3 questions on C. Basic questions only. So no need of preparation(if you are graduated just now or a year before). For IT written test there were questions on Word and excel. 3.Technical Interview Panel of Sceintist will be there. They will ask basic questions. They will check your confidence over the question. So if you are confident stick to that answer don't change. They will ask your area of intrest and ask questions realated to that For ex: If you belong to ECE department and If you have experience or good knowledge in IT department tell to the panel of scientists during interview. They will allow you to switch department and ask questions based on that.
