the interview process was very straight forward, I was basically given the job on the spot because they were desperate to find someone probably. I asked a few questions, I was asked a few. I was laughed at when I told them my salary range of 40-45k (very reasonable in the market). I was made an offer, I negotiated and got slightly more, but still well underpaid.
