First round interview with the hiring manager. It sounds like there isn't a lot of rigid structure to the interview process and for this first round interview the hiring manager just read questions off a boiler plate questionnaire. On a personal note, I found the interview very impersonal. The interviewer asked their question, I spent a few minutes answering, and then they asked the next question. There was not a lot of conversation outside of this. I thought I did well, enough so to get through to the next round, but apparently that was not the case! Hard to tell, seeing as how the interviewer gave me very little to go on.
