They asked me the normal questions, and I went in for three interviews, but in the end, they hired an intern who already worked there. If organizations already have a candidate in mind, they shouldn't waste our time.

The interview process starts off with a preliminary conversation and is followed by interviews with senior management. The entire process was very comfortable and casual and never put me in any stress. This was the best part of the process. There are overall 3-4 rounds with different executives in the firm.
