Internal hire through a department. Filled out an application and was informed 3-4 weeks later. Probably helped by being an undergraduate. Asked about teaching experience and coursework experience, why I wanted to join. Typical interview stuff

Met with department heads when an opportunity arose. Had two rounds of conversation with professors and department heads. Afterwards I was offered just one class. I didn't have a formal interview and sent just my resume, educational history, past teaching experience and a portfolio.
