I was interviewed at Nagarro in Feb,2016. It was the worst ever experience. I think the HR has no work other than calling people in office and conducting interviews but not hiring them..They have no sense of responsibility even if the candidate has to wait for long long hours. Got a call for interview, 1) first there was a multiple choice question test of 15 minutes. then there was a programming test of about 90 minutes. Since there was a network breakdown, programming test was not conducted and told me to come some other day as they cannot conduct interviews without programming test.(fair enough). 2) came again for programming test on another day at 10. It went well , HR told me immediately and told me that interview will start at 3pm after wait for approx 4pm hours and it started at 4pm . It went very well. Then HR told me there will be a telephonic round on monday. 3) had a telephonic round . It was perfect. got a call from HR to come for managerial round just for 15 minutes in office as everything is positive. 4) went there for the 3rd time. After a wait for 1.5 hours, there was a 10 min managerial round and manager was asking me to join in 15 days. HR told me that the whole process is completed and will contact me on phone . There was no call for 2 days. I called the HR and he said everything is positive as of now, just wait for my call. 5) got his call and he said another round is required , please come to office. To this I replied as i have already come thrice and the whole process was done, if it is required please take a telephonic interview or skype. After that no call of HR. I called him and he said position is now on "HOLD" . Got his call again after a month to resend the forms that were filled earlier. But again, then after that no call. I think they just have to maintain a record of no. of interviews conducted but not to hire them.
