First interview was very short- less than 5 minutes. Then they brought us back for a second group interview where we didn't get much speaking time, there were about 10 of us applying for different positions, from manager, to esthetician, to nurses. It felt like an odd process, I had never interviewed like that before. Not sure how they picked between all of us.
